Gateway Casino

The 255 Rieve project is a ground-up construction of the new Gateway Casino facility in Innisfil, Ontario. ALC has been contracted to deliver the complete foundation scope, ensuring the structural base of the development is executed with precision and efficiency.

Our responsibilities include full-site excavation, placement of rigid insulation, comprehensive concrete formwork, rebar detailing and installation, granular preparation and backfilling, as well as the placement and finishing of all concrete slabs. Each phase is managed with a focus on quality, safety, and meeting project timelines.

This project is delivered in collaboration with Lombardi Construction and Alocon Concrete Floor Finishing, combining expertise across all foundation and concrete components to support a successful build.
