20 Georgina Street is the new construction of the Omni Maple Villa Long-Term Care Home, a major development designed to expand long-term care capacity in the community. This project represents a significant milestone for ALC as we take on the construction of a five-storey, mixed-material building utilizing both traditional cast-in-place concrete methods and insulated concrete formwork (ICF).

The 255 Rieve project is a ground-up construction of the new Gateway Casino facility in Innisfil, Ontario. ALC has been contracted to deliver the complete foundation scope, ensuring the structural base of the development is executed with precision and efficiency.

The 1635 Bayly project involves the construction of a new government office building paired with a large-scale warehouse facility. ALC has been brought on board to execute the full concrete foundation scope, ensuring the structural integrity and long-term durability of the development.

ALC Structures Inc. is currently working on a new long-term care centre in Keswick, Ontario, providing full structural concrete services. The scope includes cast-in-place concrete, rebar installation, and slab construction throughout the facility. 

Our team is hard at work at Toronto's Cherry Beach, laying the crucial foundation for a new state-of-the-art Porsche dealership. This specialized project features precision engineering with pile caps, grade beams, and a custom cistern designed to meet exacting standards.

We're building the foundations for two stunning new apartment buildings plus a dedicated amenity building that will serve future residents. Making great progress on a new 40,000 square foot warehouse for a valued return client. The mudslabs and footings have been successfully completed, and work on the piers and walls is well underway. ALC Structures is proud to be contracted for the foundations, reinforcement, and slabs, ensuring quality and precision throughout the entire project.

We are proud to be contracted for the expansion of the Genesis dealership in Ajax, Ontario, as part of their strategic growth plan. Our team will play a key role in this development, focusing on essential construction tasks such as formwork, rebar installation, and concrete slab preparation.

We proudly partnered with Color Aggregates in Marmora, Ontario, to bring their vision to life with a state-of-the-art aggregate sorting plant. Our collaboration began with the construction of an 8000 sq ft industrial building. Phase 1 involved detailed groundwork, reinforced walls, a robust slab on grade, and foundation engineering, establishing a solid base for their operations. Currently in progress, Phase 2 will introduce innovative exterior aggregate bunkers, further enhancing efficiency and capacity. Our relationship with Color Aggregates extends beyond client and contractor — they are valued partners and friends in progress. 

We undertook a project for JJ Maguire at CCT Auto Trans Inc. in Clarington, Ontario, involving a 7500 sq ft addition to their existing automotive shop. Our scope included the meticulous construction of footings, foundations, rebar, and slabs. This expansion project aimed to enhance CCT Auto Trans Inc.’s operational capacity and facilities, ensuring they continue to meet the demands of their growing clientele with efficiency and quality craftsmanship.

Our recent project in Pickering, Ontario, involved revitalizing the parking lot of a local plaza to create a vibrant new daycare facility, addressing the growing demand for accessible childcare in the community.

Glen Hill Gardens, a new long-term care home in Bowmanville, Ontario, features a 165,000 sq ft building with a concrete foundation, elevator cores, and a courtyard. Our team was contracted for all structural concrete work, including footings, foundations, rebar installation, and slab construction, ensuring a safe and durable environment for residents and staff.

Our team managed the construction of condos, high-rise towers, and a four-story townhome project. Focused on the townhouse section, we handled all suspended and vertical formwork. With tower cranes, concrete pumps, and expertise, we completed the project in just two months.

Ikea Etobicoke aimed to enhance facilities and parking to accommodate increased traffic and improve consumer service. Our team rebuilt structural elements like walls and parapets, navigated confined spaces for underpinning existing columns, and installed two new elevator cores for accessibility. These upgrades reflect Ikea's commitment to customer satisfaction and highlight our team's expertise in tailored construction solutions.

Magna International in Brampton, Ontario, is expanding its manufacturing capabilities with a new car battery machine pit. Our team, contracted by Lombardi Construction, is tasked with building the concrete structure. Despite tight deadlines, we're committed to meeting all objectives efficiently.
