Government Building & Warehouse Development

The 1635 Bayly project involves the construction of a new government office building paired with a large-scale warehouse facility. ALC has been brought on board to execute the full concrete foundation scope, ensuring the structural integrity and long-term durability of the development.

Our responsibilities include forming and pouring all concrete foundations, providing complete rebar detailing and installation, and managing the placement of all concrete slabs across both the office and warehouse sections. Each stage is delivered with a focus on precision, safety, and efficiency to support the project’s overall schedule and performance requirements.

ALC is completing this work in collaboration with Alocon Concrete Floor Finishing, ensuring a seamless approach to all concrete-related components.
